What the AI actually writes

A real run on four sentences of biology notes. Notice that every card asks about one idea, and the answers are short enough to say out loud.

Your notes

Photosynthesis happens in the chloroplast. The light-dependent reactions in the thylakoid membrane split water and make ATP and NADPH, releasing oxygen. The Calvin cycle in the stroma uses that ATP and NADPH to fix CO₂ into G3P. Rubisco is the enzyme that fixes CO₂.

  1. Where do the light-dependent reactions take place?

In the thylakoid membrane of the chloroplast.

  2. What do the light-dependent reactions produce for the Calvin cycle?

ATP and NADPH (oxygen is released as a by-product).

  3. What does the Calvin cycle make from CO₂?

    G3P, a three-carbon sugar.

  4. Which enzyme fixes CO₂ in the Calvin cycle?

    Rubisco.

AI flashcard maker FAQ

Is this AI flashcard maker free?

+

Yes. Without an account you can make 1 deck a day with up to 10 cards, and decks stay in your browser. A free account adds 3 free decks with cloud sync and spaced-repetition review, plus one free PDF or Word import. Pro is only needed for unlimited decks and up to 100 cards per deck.

How does the AI decide what goes on each card?

+

It first pulls out the facts, definitions and cause-and-effect links in your material, then writes one question per idea with a short answer. It avoids yes/no questions and cards that only test a single word out of context, so each card checks that you understand the idea, not just that you have seen it before.

Can I edit the cards the AI makes?

+

Yes. Every card can be edited, deleted or reordered, and you can add your own cards to the same deck. Edits are kept when you study, export or share the deck.

What is the difference between an AI flashcard maker and a normal flashcard maker?

+

A normal flashcard maker gives you blank cards to fill in. An AI flashcard maker reads your notes and writes the cards for you, which turns an hour of typing into about 30 seconds. You still review and edit, but you start from a full deck instead of an empty one.

Does it work for languages, medicine and law?

+

Yes. Cards are written in the language of your notes, and it handles technical vocabulary well. For high-stakes subjects such as pharmacology or bar prep, skim each card once before you study, as you would with any AI-written material.

Can I move AI flashcards to Anki or Quizlet?

+

Yes. Export a deck as an Anki .apkg file, or as CSV/TSV, which Quizlet and spreadsheets can import. The first export is free.
