Your flashcard data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for cloud storage and Clerk for authentication, both of which maintain high security standards.
If you use the service without an account, your data is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers (except temporarily for AI processing).

- Stripe: Payment processing for Pro subscriptions

6. AI Training

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you're unsatisfied with your subscription.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Flashcard Maker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
