Yes. Any deck can be studied as a multiple-choice quiz, with flip cards and typed answers graded by meaning, as often as you like.
Do I need an account for spaced repetition?
A free account keeps review dates synced, so cards come back when they are due. Without an account you can still study decks in the browser.
What does the free plan limit?
Making new decks: 1 a day of up to 10 cards without an account, 3 free decks of up to 15 cards with a free account. Studying is not limited.
